‘Can the Liberal Democrats stope the BNP?’ That’s the title of a fringe event I’m chairing this Monday, 21st September, 1 til 2pm, at the Jury’s Inn Liverpool, room 7.
It was originally to be chaired by Nick Cohen, but alas for those looking forward to his presiding over proceedings he has had to bow out. Even more alas — for you — I’ve been asked to stand in.
Lib Dem MP Tom Brake will be on the panel, together with Nick Lowles, Coordinator, HOPE Not Hate, and Mark Gardner, Spokesperson, CST. Further details at the Lib Dem fringe listing here.
It’s a fascinating topic, so do consider coming along to hear what they all have to say.
