Meltdown in meltdown shocker

Just nine days ago (seems a lifetime) it was Cameron who was in ‘meltdown’ (The Observer). Today it’s Team Gordon who are in ‘meltdown’ (ConHome).

To be fair, when it comes to describing the demise of wicked witches from the east, it’s probably quite an apt metaphor. In this age of 24 hour news, I’m sure one will come along any minute.
